Über BBC 2 HD

BBC 2 HD ist die HD-Variante von BBC Two. Der Sender gehört zur British Broadcasting Corporation, läuft in 1080i 16:9 (HDTV) auf Englisch und behält das stärker dokumentarische, kulturelle und bildungsorientierte Profil von BBC Two bei.

Der Sendeplan umfasst Dokumentarreihen über Geschichte, Wissenschaft und Natur, Kultur- und Bildungssendungen, Filme und Serien, Autorenprojekte britischer Journalisten und Dokumentarfilmer, Comedy-Shows, Sportübertragungen, Bildungsprogramme und intellektuelle Formate.
