    Seattle. Adam travels to Washington for award-winning burgers, mountains of ultra-fresh seafood and a 12-egg omelette challenge against one of Seattle's own.

    Los Angeles. Adam's chow-down crusade brings him back to his one-time home of sunny Los Angeles, where he comes face-to-face with a spicy ramen made with 10 different chillies.

    Devon. The next leg of James's trip sees him in Devon, joined by Michelin-starred chef, Simon Hulstone. They check out delicious local mushrooms and cheeses.

    San Jose. Adam Richman heads to capital of Silicon Valley to defeat 12 wings drenched in a fiery habanero pepper sauce with a brutal five-minute waiting period afterwards.

    Denver. Adam is in Denver to take on the biggest burrito in the West, featuring seven potatoes, a pound of ham, a dozen eggs, a whole onion, cheese and 10 ounces of spicy chilli.

  14. James Martin's Great British Adventure

    Norfolk. James explores Norfolk with chef Galton Blackiston. They visit a fish and chip shop, which inspires James to whip up tempura monkfish on the beach.

    London And Bray. James visits Clare Smyth's restaurant Core in London. Plus, he cooks up an Indian-inspired dish of pigeon with split pea dhal.
