Pervyy Krymskiy is a general-interest television channel associated with the TV and radio company TRK Krym. Regular broadcasting began on 4 March 2015, while the channel had earlier appeared for a short period under the name Krym.
The schedule includes news, public-affairs programmes, themed editions, films, regional projects and stories about events in Crimea and Sevastopol. The channel broadcasts in Russian, uses the SDTV 576i 16:9 format and also has a 1080i 16:9 HD version.
The channel’s slogan is "Live brightly! Seize the moment!" Vadim Pervykh is the general director, and the owner is the TV and radio company TRK Krym. Its schedule is built around information editions, regional projects, films, themed programmes and evening blocks.
