1. General Provisions
TVClub Media OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") operates the TVClub service, available at https://tvclub.live and through client applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a public offer. By registering for the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full.
The following definitions are used in these Terms:
- Service — the TVClub platform, including the website, applications and related services.
- User — a natural person registered with the Service.
- Subscription — a paid access period to the Service Content.
- Content — television channels, archived recordings, electronic programme guide (EPG) and other materials available through the Service.
- Account — a personal section for managing the User's account and subscription.
Users must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 may use the Service only with the consent of their legal guardians.
These Terms apply together with the following documents, which form an integral part hereof:
2. Description of the Service
TVClub is a platform for watching television channels over the internet (IPTV). The Service provides access to Content through compatible applications and devices.
Key features of the Service:
- Live television channel streaming.
- Access to a 14-day broadcast archive.
- Electronic programme guide (EPG).
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure stable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The actual channel lineup, streaming quality and feature availability may vary depending on region, device specifications and the User's internet connection.
3. Registration and Account
To access the Service, you must register by providing a username, email address and password. An activation email will be sent to the provided address.
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate information during registration.
- Keep their password confidential.
- Not transfer their account to third parties.
When registering, the User must provide a valid and continuously accessible email address under their control. The use of temporary, disposable, self-destructing, short-lived or otherwise prohibited email addresses, as well as addresses or domains restricted by the Service registration rules, is not permitted.
The User is also prohibited from registering for or using the Service through VPNs, proxy services, Tor, Private Relay or any other tools used to conceal, alter or reroute the IP address or traffic where this interferes with the Service security measures, hides the User's actual location, or is used to circumvent registration rules, access rules or other Service restrictions.
The Company may refuse registration, decline to activate an account, restrict trial access, or suspend or block an account if these requirements are violated.
The User is responsible for actions performed through each account they use and must comply with these Terms in respect of every such account.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or block an account if the User violates these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service may offer a free trial period, the duration and conditions of which are specified during registration.
After the trial period, access to Content requires a paid Subscription. Current plans, pricing and payment methods are published on the Service website and in the User's Account.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise when placing a specific order, automatic subscription renewal is disabled by default. To continue access, the User must purchase a new Subscription.
The Company may change Subscription pricing with prior notice. Price changes apply to new purchases and renewals and do not affect already paid periods.
For details on refunds and cancellation, please see Refunds & Cancellations.
5. Acceptable Use
Service Content is intended solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. Users are prohibited from:
- Recording, copying, distributing or rebroadcasting Content in any form.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the Service software.
- Attempting unauthorised access to Service systems, including DDoS attacks and other forms of interference.
- Use VPNs, proxy services, Tor, Private Relay or other tools that conceal or alter the IP address or traffic during registration, activation or access to the Service in order to circumvent registration rules, technical restrictions, security measures or other Service rules.
- Use temporary, disposable or otherwise prohibited email addresses when registering or maintaining an account.
- Using the Service beyond the limits set by the subscription plan, including simultaneous connection restrictions.
The User bears full responsibility for all actions performed using their account.
6. Intellectual Property
Content and other materials of the Service belong to the respective rights holders and/or TVClub Media OÜ. All rights reserved.
The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view Content within an active Subscription. This licence does not confer any ownership rights to the Content.
Trademarks, logos and brand identifiers of TVClub are the property of TVClub Media OÜ and may not be used without the Company's prior written consent.
If you believe your copyright or related rights have been infringed, please refer to the Copyright section.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or absence of errors.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including actions of internet service providers, third-party equipment failures and force majeure events.
- Incompatibility of the Service with the User's hardware or software.
- Actions of third parties who gained access to the User's account due to the User's failure to maintain password confidentiality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claims related to the use of the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the last paid Subscription period.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms. The updated version of the Terms takes effect upon publication at https://tvclub.live, unless a different effective date is specified.
The Company will notify Users of material changes by posting information on the Service website and/or by sending a message to the email address provided during registration.
Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they may discontinue using the Service.
9. Dispute Resolution
The parties shall endeavour to resolve all disputes arising in connection with these Terms through negotiation and written correspondence. Written enquiries regarding the performance of these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be settled in accordance with applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's jurisdiction grant the User additional rights or guarantees, such provisions shall prevail over the corresponding provisions of these Terms.
