TVClub Media OÜ respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from users of the TVClub service.
If you are a rights holder or an authorised representative and believe that materials available through our Service infringe your copyright or related rights, you may send us a notice as described below.
2. How to Submit a Notice
To have your claim reviewed, please send a notice to [email protected] containing the following information:
- Identification of the work — a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (title, author, link to the original, if applicable).
- Identification of the material — identification of the specific material within the Service that you believe infringes your rights (channel name, programme, time frame or other identifying details).
- Contact details of the claimant — your name (or organisation name), email address, phone number (optional).
- Good faith statement — a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the specified material was not authorised by the rights holder, their representative or the law.
- Accuracy statement — a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Signature — an electronic or physical signature of the rights holder or their authorised representative.
3. Review of Notices
Upon receipt of a proper notice, we will:
- Review the claim within a reasonable timeframe.
- Contact you for additional details if necessary.
- Take appropriate action if the claim is found to be substantiated, including restricting access to the disputed material.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation confirming your rights to the specified work.
4. Liability for False Notices
By submitting a notice, you confirm the accuracy of the information contained therein. Submitting knowingly false notices may result in liability under applicable law.
