About Moldova 2
Moldova 2 [MD] is the second public television channel of Teleradio-Moldova. It launched on 3 May 2016 and complements the main Moldova 1 broadcast by giving the public broadcaster more room for different types of programming.
Moldova 2 includes sports coverage, cultural events, documentary projects, archive material from public television and programmes from several thematic areas. The channel goes beyond the daily news agenda and leaves space for culture, sport, repeats, archive editions and special broadcasts.
In the Moldova 2 [MD] schedule, regular cycles, daytime repeats, sports events, cultural blocks and Teleradio-Moldova projects stand side by side. For viewers, it is a second public television space with a more flexible set of themes.
