Uspeh is a Russian business TV channel about entrepreneurship, management and the development of small and medium-sized companies. It began broadcasting on 22 March 2010 and runs around the clock in Russian.

The schedule includes educational programmes, master classes and interviews with entrepreneurs, consultants and business trainers. Its projects include "Sekrety Millionerov" (Secrets of Millionaires), "Shkola Restoratora" (Restaurateur School) and "Kak Vyzhit v Ofise" (How to Survive in the Office) with Tatyana Muzhitskaya, where office situations are explained through sketches and practical advice.
