Today’s and upcoming schedule: airtimes, programme details, and quick date selection.

About Первый канал (Channel One)

Channel One [RU+2] is a time-zone version of Channel One Russia with a +2-hour shift from Moscow time. It is designed for Russia's eastern regions, where news, premieres, evening shows and major broadcasts are placed closer to local time.

The [RU+2] version follows the editorial schedule of the base channel. Its programming includes the news bulletins "Vremya" (Time) and "Novosti" (News), current-affairs shows, films, entertainment formats, sports events and special projects.

The base channel went on air on 1 April 1995, used the name Public Russian Television (ORT) until September 2002, and Konstantin Ernst is its general director. The Channel One [RU+2] TV guide shows how the two-hour shift changes the timing of news editions, evening premieres, repeats and major events.
