About ТВЦ (TVC)

TVC is a Russian federal television channel whose history goes back to 9 June 1997. Since 20 April 2013, the channel has been part of the first multiplex of digital terrestrial television DVB-T2.

Its programming combines current-affairs broadcasts, city-focused projects and entertainment formats. Recurring shows include "Delovaya Moskva" (Business Moscow), "Litsom k Gorodu" (Face to the City) and "Magiya Mody" (Magic of Fashion). The channel uses the slogan "At the Centre of Life".

TVC is owned by the Government of Moscow. Yulia Bystritskaya is the general director. The channel is available via digital terrestrial television, Russian cable networks and satellite providers. TVC has broadcast in HD format, 1080i 16:9, since 21 February 2020.
