Наука HD TV guide for the week

Nauka HD is the HD version of the Russian science and educational TV channel Nauka, formerly Nauka 2.0. The channel has been broadcasting in 1080i 16:9 (HDTV) since 1 October 2019 and follows the main channel's schedule.

The line-up centres on popular-science programmes about achievements in science and technology. The channel uses the slogan "Prosto o slozhnom" (Simply about the Complex) and presents complex topics through documentary cycles, experiments, explanatory formats and stories about technology.

The main channel began test broadcasting on 15 February 2011, with regular broadcasting starting on 2 April 2011. On 1 April 2016, the channel received the name Nauka. The channel is part of the Tsifrovoye Televideniye holding and broadcasts around the clock across Russia. Nauka HD is available through digital terrestrial television, cable networks and satellite providers of Russian and international operators with HD broadcasting.
