O! is a Russian educational children's TV channel. The channel began broadcasting on 7 February 2017 in Russian and operates around the clock. The channel uses the slogan "Otkrytiya nachinayutsya s O!" (Discoveries begin with O!). From 7 February 2017, the channel broadcast in 576i 16:9 (SDTV) format, and on 25 February 2025 it switched to 1080i 16:9 (HDTV).
The line-up centres on signature programmes, including "Magic English", "Doktor Malyshkina" (Doctor Malyshkina), "Kometa-dens" (Comet-Dance), "Laboratorium" (Laboratorium), "Moy muzey" (My Museum), "Roboty" (Robots), "Vesyolyy alfavit" (Cheerful Alphabet), "TriO!" (TriO!), "Sprosi u TriO!" (Ask TriO!) and "Zhuzhzhalka" (Buzz). The schedule combines educational and learning formats for a children's audience.
Fyodor Paramonov has been the voice of the channel since 2017, and Anna Sergeevna Schneider has served as the channel's editor-in-chief since 2016. Since 2022, the channel has been owned by Tsifrovoye Telesemeystvo (Digital TV Family). The channel's control centre is located in Moscow. O! is available through digital terrestrial television, cable, satellite and IPTV/OTT networks of Russian and international operators.
