About Now 80s

Now 80s is a British music channel in the Now! family, dedicated to hits of the 1980s. The channel broadcasts in English and builds its schedule around music videos, themed selections, concert recordings and nostalgic blocks from the pop, rock, new wave, synth-pop and disco scenes of the decade.

The line-up features British and international performers from the 1980s, selections by year, genre and mood, documentary pieces about stars of the era and cycles about cult songs. Its focus stays on one era, familiar videos and themed selections.

Now 80s began broadcasting in the United Kingdom in 2014 and belongs to the Now! music line-up alongside Now Rock and Now 90s. Daytime and evening slots alternate videos, repeats, themed hours and music blocks.
