About History
History Romania is the Romanian version of the thematic channel History, where historical stories meet factual entertainment, documentary series, investigations, reconstructions and programmes about people, objects and events from the past.
History is presented through conflict, discovery, mystery and human drama. The line-up fits documentary series, programmes about wars and rulers, archaeology, legends, technology, collections, auctions, pawn-shop stories and unusual artefacts.
The channel works as individual episodes and as themed marathons, where one period or subject can hold several programmes in a row. History Romania alternates documentary series, repeat slots and evening blocks.
