About РЕН ТВ HD (REN TV HD)
REN TV HD is the HD version of the Russian federal channel REN TV. It has broadcast in 1080i 16:9 HDTV since 4 October 2016 and follows the schedule of the base REN TV channel.
The line-up includes news programmes, current-affairs shows and entertainment content. Recurring projects include "Novosti 24" (News 24), "Voyennaya tayna" (Military Secret) and "Otrazheniye" (Reflection), while the Russian slogan means "Watch what is truly interesting".
The base REN TV channel traces its history back to 1 January 1997 and works as a Russian federal television channel. Vladimir Tyulin is the channel's general director. REN TV HD is available via digital terrestrial television, cable networks and satellite providers of Russian operators.
