Cartoonito is an international children's TV channel for preschool and early primary school ages. The channel first launched on 24 May 2007, and in Russia the brand began broadcasting on 18 March 2023 as the successor to Boomerang.
Cartoonito operates around the clock and builds its schedule around cartoons, educational cycles and developmental programmes. The formats use a soft, colourful style shaped for early age groups, calm pacing and simple stories.
Cartoonito is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery and is present in more than 100 countries. In Central and Eastern Europe, the brand replaced Boomerang (CEE). The channel is available through digital terrestrial television, cable and satellite networks from Russian and international operators.
