About Тайна (Tayna)
Tayna is a Russian cultural and historical channel about science fiction, mysticism, historical mysteries and popular science cinema. It began broadcasting in February 2018, operates in Russian around the clock and belongs to the Russian broadcast area.
The schedule includes science-fiction and mystical feature films, series and original programmes. On air are themed film blocks, mysterious stories, cultural subjects and historical topics, with popular science placed next to genre cinema.
The channel uses 576i 16:9 (SDTV) and 1080i 16:9 (HDTV) formats. It is owned by AO Pervyy TVCh. The channel also has free satellite signal distribution. Its themes bring together science fiction, mysticism, history and popular science.
Tayna is available through cable and satellite networks, as well as IPTV/OTT platforms.
