About НТВ Сериал (NTV Serial)
NTV Serial is a Russian themed television channel about TV series from Gazprom-Media. The channel has been on air around the clock since 24 October 2016 and focuses on serial drama and entertainment projects.
Programming centres on Russian-produced TV series. Recurring projects include "Vozvrashcheniye Mukhtara" (Mukhtar's Return), "Karpov", "Pyatnitsky", "Liteyny" and "Shef" (The Chief).
The channel launched in 576i 16:9 SD and added 1080i 16:9 HD broadcasting on 1 September 2022. Its broadcast area covers Russia and Belarus. NTV Serial is available through major cable, satellite and IPTV networks of Russian operators.
