About СТС Kids HD (STS Kids HD)
STS Kids HD is the HD version of the Russian children’s television channel STS Kids. The channel uses 1080i 16:9 (HDTV) and follows the schedule of the main channel.
The programme includes animated series, feature films, educational projects and entertainment shows for children and teenagers. The schedule combines light animation blocks with learning formats aimed at different age groups.
The main STS Kids channel launched in Russian on 6 July 2018. The idea came from STS general director Vyacheslav Murugov, preparation began in 2013 and the working title was STS Deti. STS Kids is part of the STS joint-stock company and is not a separate legal entity. STS Kids HD is distributed through cable, satellite and IPTV/OTT networks with HD support.
