Nano TV HD is the HD version of the Russian science and educational channel Nano TV, broadcast in 1080i 16:9 (HDTV). The channel operates in Russian around the clock and keeps the main channel's focus on technology, innovation, finance and the practical use of science.

The line-up includes series about nanotechnology, the history of science and its applications in medicine, robotics, instrument engineering, beauty technology and other fields. Notable projects include "Neveroyatnaya nauka" (Incredible Science), where hosts and guests explain discoveries in accessible language, "Vrednyy mir" (Harmful World) with expert views on harmful factors from fast food to gadgets, and "Armageddon" about climate change.

The main Nano TV channel began broadcasting on 1 April 2011. Nano TV explains nanotechnology in Russia and connects science with practical life through interviews with Russian experts and researchers. Nano TV HD is available through Russian cable, satellite and IPTV/OTT networks with HD support.
