About Якутия 24 HD (Yakutiya 24 HD)
Yakutiya 24 HD is the high-definition version of the regional Yakutiya 24 channel. It is dedicated to news from Yakutsk and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), broadcasts around the clock in Russian and uses 1080i 16:9 (HDTV).
The schedule includes news, information and analytical programmes, coverage of important regional events and thematic cycles about the life and culture of the republic. Original projects include "Aktualnoye interview" (Topical Interview) and "Yakutiya, vpered!" (Yakutia, Forward!) with regional political figures.
The main Yakutiya 24 channel went on air on 1 February 2018 and is distributed on channel position 21 in the Republic of Sakha. Since 29 November 2019, its programmes have also appeared on Public Television of Russia in regional morning and evening windows. The HD version keeps the information schedule of the main channel, and access is provided through regional cable, satellite and IPTV/OTT networks with HD support.
