Current Time TV HD is the HD version of Current Time TV, the Russian-language news channel known in Russian as Nastoyashchee Vremya, and uses the main channel’s line-up in 1080i 16:9 (HDTV). The programming centres on news, analysis and reports in Russian.

The main channel has been on air around the clock since 7 February 2017, preceded by a test launch in October 2014. The main channel was created by the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty media corporation with participation from Voice of America.

Kenan Aliyev serves as chief editor. The channel is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. The HD version keeps the main channel’s information schedule in 1080i and is available via digital terrestrial television, cable networks and satellite providers.
