About Erkir (Erkir Media)
Erkir Media is an Armenian television channel from Yerevan that began operating on 28 May 2004.
The channel follows Armenia’s public and political life through news, interviews, discussions, reports, analytical formats, cultural projects and thematic programmes. Erkir Media gives regular space to domestic affairs, public debate and events in the country.
The channel is affiliated with the Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun, so political context has a visible place in its schedule. At the same time, the line-up also includes cultural, social and everyday-life topics.
