About TVR Iasi

TVR Iasi is a regional channel of Romania's public broadcaster TVR for the north-east of the country and the Romanian part of historical Moldavia. The studio is tied to Iasi and presents the region through news, culture, public issues and local events.

The studio's first broadcast took place on 3 November 1991. Since then, TVR Iasi has become an established regional branch of TVR with its own editions and projects for the local audience.
