About Домашний (Domashny)

Domashny is a Russian federal television channel focused on women aged 25 to 59. The channel launched on 6 March 2005 and has been broadcasting around the clock since 31 January 2011.

Its programming covers medicine, cooking, family life, fashion, home renovation, travel and animals. Recurring projects on the channel include "Poleznoye utro" (Morning Tips) and "Polezny den" (Daytime Tips).

The channel slogan reads "The Main Channel for Women". The channel is part of the CTC Media holding. Vyacheslav Murugov is the channel's general director. Since 19 November 2019, Domashny has been broadcasting in HD format (1080i 16:9) and is available via digital terrestrial television, Russian cable networks and satellite providers.
