About TV12 HD (TV12 HD Sweden)
TV12 HD Sweden is a Swedish high-definition channel from the TV4 group, built around entertainment, films, comedy and sport. The channel launched on 29 March 2014 and gradually moved from a sports-led idea toward a broader entertainment format.
Its line-up combines comedy programmes, reality formats, classic and popular films, sports broadcasts, reviews, reruns and themed blocks.
TV12 HD works as an additional entertainment line in Swedish general television: an evening film, a sports broadcast, a light show and a rerun of a popular programme can sit close together.
The Swedish version keeps its TV4 connection and gives room to projects suited to daytime, evening and late viewing.
