About Мосфильм Золотая коллекция HD (Mosfilm Golden Collection HD)
Mosfilm Golden Collection HD is the high-definition version of the film channel Mosfilm Golden Collection. The channel is dedicated to films from the Mosfilm studio and to Soviet and Russian classics.
Its library includes more than a thousand films, including "Brilliantovaya ruka" (The Diamond Arm), "Ivan Vasilievich Changes Profession", "The Irony of Fate", "Kidnapping, Caucasian Style", "Gentlemen of Fortune", "The Girls", "Office Romance" and "Love and Doves". The schedule also includes newer popular films connected with the Russian film tradition.
The main channel began test broadcasting on 4 July 2020, with the full launch following on 1 September 2020. The project is owned by Digital Television, VGTRK and Mosfilm studio. The HD version keeps the main idea of the channel: a familiar film collection, regular repeats, daytime and evening screenings.
