About Channel 12 HD
Channel 12 HD [IL] is the HD version of the Israeli commercial television channel from the Keshet media group. The channel launched on 1 November 2017 after the closure of Channel 2, when Israel's commercial television market was split between new operators.
The schedule combines news, current-affairs projects, satire, reality formats, music competitions, drama series and evening entertainment. Recognizable Channel 12 projects include Hadashot 12 (News 12), Uvda (Fact), Eretz Nehederet (Wonderful Country), Ninja Israel, HaKokhav HaBa (The Next Star), Hatuna MiMabat Rishon (Wedding at First Sight) and Erev Tov with Guy Pines.
