About МИР 24 HD (Mir 24 HD)
Mir 24 HD is the high-definition version of the news and analysis channel Mir 24. The channel has used the HD format since 1 August 2017 and follows the main Mir 24 schedule, where news coverage is combined with analysis, current-affairs content, educational projects and public-interest programming.
The schedule includes news, analytical programmes, educational projects, entertainment and current-affairs shows, along with some children’s content. The recurring programme Vmeste (Together) is mentioned among its regular projects and airs on Saturdays.
The main Mir 24 channel has been on air since 1 January 2013. The channel belongs to the Interstate TV and Radio Company Mir, established in 1992 by an agreement of the heads of CIS member states. The Mir 24 HD TV guide shows news, analysis, public affairs, educational blocks and programmes about the countries of the commonwealth.
