Доктор HD TV guide for the week

Doktor HD is the high-definition version of Doktor, a Russian educational channel about medicine, health, doctors and patients. The HD broadcast has been on air since 30 November 2019, while the main channel began broadcasting on 1 July 2017 after replacing the earlier 24 DOC.

The schedule includes programmes about medical-science advances, new diagnostic and treatment methods, disease prevention, doctors’ work, patient stories and complex topics explained in calm language. Recurring projects include Kak vybrat nuzhnuyu kliniku? (How to Choose the Right Clinic?).

The channel is operated by AO Tsifrovoye Televideniye. The Doktor HD TV guide shows medical explainers, doctors’ practice, human stories, health topics and programmes where scientific information is presented in an accessible form.
