Match TV is a Russian federal sports channel owned by Gazprom-Media. It broadcasts around the clock in Russian, is part of Russia’s first digital terrestrial multiplex and has been on air since 1 November 2015, when it replaced Rossiya 2.
The schedule is built around live sports and analysis: Russian Premier League football, the Russian Cup, UEFA Champions League, basketball, ice hockey, biathlon, cross-country skiing, figure skating, boxing and combat sports. The channel also carries sports documentaries, news bulletins, "Vse na Match!" (Everyone to Match!) and "Komanda Mechty" (Dream Team).
Match TV covers major international tournaments, including the Olympic Games, world championships and European championships in different sports. The channel broadcasts in 1080i 16:9 HD and is available through digital terrestrial television, cable, satellite, IPTV and OTT networks.
