RTG HD TV guide for the week

RTG HD is the HD version of the Russian educational TV channel RTG TV (Russian Travel Guide). Its HD feed began on 30 July 2013 and follows the main channel's schedule.

The line-up centres on documentary films about little-known places and the cultural and geographical heritage of Russia. Its slogan is "See Russia through the eyes of our hosts". Programming is delivered in Russian, English and Turkish.

The base channel RTG TV began broadcasting on 1 May 2009 and operates around the clock. RTG Corp., a Bridge Media subsidiary controlled by Mikhail Gutseriev, owns the channel. Natalya Vladimirovna Yasnitskaya serves as general director. RTG HD is available through cable networks of Russian and international operators across Russia and the CIS that support HD broadcasting.
