About ОЦЕ (OTSE)
OTSE [UA] is a Ukrainian entertainment television channel from the StarLightMedia group. It appeared in 2017 after the rebranding of QTV and became a separate broadcast space for light shows, reality formats and mass-audience entertainment projects.
The OTSE schedule includes "Detector of Lies", "Television Shop", "Everything Will Be Delicious", "Battle of Psychics" and "The Bachelor". In 2017-2018, the schedule followed the idea of "one day, one show", with each day of the week given its own theme and mood. The channel's slogan means "There Is No More", underlining the light and relaxed character of the programming.
On 28 February 2022, OTSE resumed independent broadcasting and changed its schedule, and on 23 March 2023 it received a temporary licence from Ukraine's National Council. Ilya Semenov heads the channel, and Artem Vilbik has been its voice since 1 September 2017. The TV guide shows OTSE shows, reality formats, reruns and entertainment blocks.
