About ПлюсПлюс HD (PlusPlus HD)
PlusPlus HD is the high-definition version of PlusPlus, a Ukrainian children's television channel from the 1+1 media group. The channel shows child-and-family programming in Ukrainian.
The schedule includes animated series and cartoons for preschool and primary-school children, developmental and educational programmes, projects about nature and animals, Ukrainian and international animation, and learning series about the Ukrainian language, mathematics and creativity.
The main PlusPlus channel began broadcasting in 2012 and is one of Ukraine's notable children's channels. The 1+1 media group is owned by Ihor Kolomoisky. PlusPlus HD broadcasts in 1080i 16:9, and the TV guide shows cartoons, learning projects and family blocks in high definition.
