About ICTV HD
ICTV HD [UA] is the HD version of the Ukrainian national television channel ICTV. The first broadcast of the main channel took place on 15 June 1992, and the HD version launched on 20 January 2020 in 1080i 16:9. ICTV belongs to the StarLightMedia group.
The schedule gives a prominent place to the news editions Fakty, Fakty Sport and the weekly project Fakty Tyzhnia, known in English as Facts of the Week. The broadcast also includes the morning infotainment format Ranok u Velykomu Misti, the project Terytoriia A, series, films and entertainment programmes.
The slogan is usually rendered in English as "Better Together". Oleksandr Bohutskyi is ICTV's general director. In the ICTV HD [UA] schedule, news editions stand alongside StarLightMedia projects, series, films and entertainment blocks.
