Загородный int HD TV guide for the week

Zagorodnyy int HD is the international high-definition version of Zagorodnyy, the Russian educational channel about country life. It uses 1080i 16:9 and shows a Russian-language practical programme about homes, land plots, gardens and life outside the city.

The schedule includes shows about country-house construction, landscape design, gardening, vegetable growing and keeping domestic animals. More than 70 percent of the material is produced in Russia, while foreign documentaries about gardens, plants and insects broaden the subject range.

The base Zagorodnyy channel began test broadcasting in June 2010. Production is handled by AO Pervyy TVCh, founded on 25 April 2007 in Saint Petersburg and operating under the name Vybor since January 2026. The international HD version keeps the channel's practical tone: home, land, garden, seasonal work and calm stories about country living.
