About Liv
Liv is a Finnish television channel from Nelonen Media, owned by Sanoma Media Finland. The channel began broadcasting on 14 February 2009 and was originally developed as a women-focused project in Finnish commercial television.
Liv is built around light commercial television: series, lifestyle formats, home and relationship programmes, everyday-life themes, reality shows and entertainment projects. Inside the Nelonen family, the channel reads as a softer lifestyle branch with an everyday and emotional tone.
The Liv schedule includes evening blocks, premieres and repeats of series, themed selections, reality projects and entertainment formats. Series, lifestyle blocks, reality and entertainment shape the channel's day.
