About National Geographic
National Geographic is the Finnish version of the documentary and factual channel built around the international National Geographic brand. It carries the brand's familiar tone: curiosity about nature, science, travel, history, people and how the world works.
The schedule includes documentary series, expedition stories, films about animals and ecosystems, popular-science projects, engineering themes and historical investigations. Each programme is led by its subject: the natural world, a scientific discovery, an ancient civilisation, modern technology or a large exploration strand.
