About MTV MAX HD
MTV MAX HD is a Finnish HD pay television channel from MTV Oy. It grew out of MTV3 Max, which launched on 1 November 2006, later operated as C More Max and then returned to the MTV Max brand.
The channel is closely associated with sports and premium television. Over the years it has been known for motorsport, including its Formula One period, as well as ice hockey, combat sports, winter sports, documentary series, films and selected entertainment formats.
The MTV MAX HD schedule brings together live sports events, repeats, documentary series and evening films. Its TV guide lists matches, races, studio programmes, films and other broadcasts where exact start times matter.
