Уникум TV guide for the week

Unikum is a Russian educational children's TV channel dedicated to developmental and educational programmes for children. The channel went on air on 1 January 2020 in Russian and broadcasts around the clock. Unikum took over from the previous Detskiy (Children's) channel.

The line-up centres on signature programmes about creativity, art, science and cooking for children. Among the regular shows are "Ya segodnya narisuyu" (Today I'll Draw), "Otkrytki" (Postcards), "Istoriya velikikh izobreteniy" (The History of Great Inventions), "Do you speak?", "Sovety Sladkoyezhkinoy" (Sladkoyezhkina's Tips), "Konditer Sladkoyezhkina" (Confectioner Sladkoyezhkina), "Klub Voprosiki" (The Voprosiki Club) and "Gotovim s papoy" (Cooking with Dad).

Programming is built on educational and developmental formats for different age groups of children. Technically, Unikum has used 1080i 16:9 (HDTV) since 1 January 2020. The channel is owned by AO Telekompaniya STREAM, with OOO 100 MEDIA acting as the related legal entity. Unikum broadcasts across Russia, Belarus and Moldova and is distributed through digital terrestrial television, cable networks and satellite providers of Russian and international operators.
