About ERT 3
ERT 3 [GR] is the third public television channel in the Greek ERT system, based in Thessaloniki. The channel launched on 14 December 1988 as ET3 and has kept a special connection with Northern Greece.
ERT 3 combines a regional point of view with national public television. Its schedule includes news, public issues, cultural projects, documentaries, sport, programmes about the regions, authored series and special editions. Thessaloniki, Macedonia, northern cities and life outside the Athens centre shape the tone of the channel.
