Multilandiya is a Russian children's animation TV channel. The channel began broadcasting on 7 March 2006 under the name Multimaniya, was renamed Multilandiya on 9 August 2019, and operates in Russian around the clock. Since 23 November 2022, the channel has used the slogan "Strana khoroshikh multfilmov" (The Land of Good Cartoons). From 5 March 2010 to 8 August 2019, the channel used the slogan "Potomu chto on khoroshiy" (Because he is good).
The line-up centres on animated series from various countries, including European, Russian and Asian animation, adventure series and the educational programme "Khochu vsyo znat!" (I Want to Know Everything!). The channel does not broadcast advertising — programmes run one after another with miniatures instead of commercial breaks. From 7 March 2006 to 15 September 2016, the channel broadcast in 576i 4:3 (SDTV) format. On 16 September 2016 it switched to 576i 16:9 (SDTV), and since 2020 it has also been available in HD format 1080i 16:9 (HDTV).
The channel is owned by Soyuzmultfilm. Konstantin Vedernikov (editor-in-chief) and Dmitriy Myachinin are the channel's founders. The channel's editorial office is located in Moscow, and the channel runs its own translation studio Warm Sound. Multilandiya is distributed through digital terrestrial television, cable networks and satellite providers of Russian and international operators. The channel is available with audio tracks in Russian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian and is carried in Russia, the CIS countries and the Baltic States.
