Moskva 24 is a Russian city round-the-clock information TV channel dedicated to events in the capital. The channel operates in Russian and covers Moscow, the Moscow Region and the city agenda.
The line-up includes hourly live city news updates, reports on political, social, educational, medical and sporting events in Moscow, and live coverage from incident sites. Weather and traffic information is updated on air every 15 minutes.
The schedule is supplemented with in-house segments about housing, utilities and real estate, safety, healthy lifestyle, leisure, culture and technology. The channel’s correspondents use Live U signal transmission technology for field reports from event sites.
The channel began broadcasting in autumn 2011. The Moskva 24 signal reaches more than 4,500,000 households in Moscow and the nearest Moscow Region, and its broadcasting area covers all 125 districts of the city. Moskva 24 is available through Russian cable and satellite television operators, as well as IPTV/OTT platforms.
