Channel 12 is an Israeli nationwide private TV channel, also known as Keshet 12, and one of Israel's largest commercial broadcasters. It broadcasts around the clock in Hebrew and is owned by Keshet Broadcasting Ltd.
The schedule includes Hadashot 12 news, political and public-affairs talk shows, Israeli series, in-house drama projects, reality formats, feature films and sports coverage. Recognisable formats include "Ulpan Shishi", "HaShavua", "Big Brother Israel", "MasterChef Israel", "The Voice Israel" and "Survivor Israel".
Channel 12 began broadcasting on 4 November 2017 after Israel's commercial television reform and the split of the former Channel 2. The channel occupies a central place in Israeli private television and is distributed through digital terrestrial television, cable, satellite and IPTV/OTT networks.
