Novy Kanal is a Ukrainian nationwide entertainment TV channel. The channel operates in Ukrainian around the clock, is part of the StarLightMedia group and belongs to Ukraine’s major private television brands.

The line-up centres on comedy series, entertainment shows, reality projects, humorous sketch shows, feature films, animated series for teenagers, sports broadcasts and music projects. Recurring projects include in-house humorous shows, the reality format "Khata na Tata" (Stay-at-Home Dad), comedy series and entertainment cycles.

The channel began broadcasting on 2 February 1998 and became one of Ukraine’s notable entertainment channels. Novy Kanal is part of the StarLightMedia group, which unites several Ukrainian TV channels, and is owned by Victor Pinchuk. The channel is available through cable and satellite television, as well as IPTV/OTT networks.
