Karusel [RU+2] is a time-zone version of the Russian children's channel Karusel, with the schedule shifted two hours from Moscow time. It follows the same broadcast day for eastern Russian regions, where morning cartoons, daytime learning programmes and evening family blocks appear closer to local time.
The programming includes animated series, learning shows, family stories, game formats, educational cycles, children's films and special holiday blocks. The base Karusel channel launched on 27 December 2010 as a unified children's project connected with the legacy of TeleNyanya and Bibigon. Its slogan, "A World of Fairy Tales and Adventures", reflects the channel's gentle family tone.
In the [RU+2] schedule, the two-hour shift is especially clear in morning cartoons and evening family blocks. Animated series, learning shows, familiar cycles and repeats appear in a different order by local time, so the TV guide is central for this version.
