ОТР [RU+2] TV guide for the week

Today’s and upcoming schedule: airtimes, programme details, and quick date selection.

About ОТР (OTR)

OTR [RU+2] is a time-zone version of the federal public channel OTR, with the schedule shifted two hours from Moscow time. It follows the same broadcast day for eastern Russian regions, where news, discussions, documentary premieres and evening social programmes appear closer to local time.

OTR programming includes news, analytical talk shows, public discussions, cultural programmes, science and educational films, feature films and social projects. The channel's full name is Public Television of Russia. The base OTR channel has broadcast around the clock since 19 May 2013, is owned by the Government of the Russian Federation, and Vitaly Ignatenko has been the general director since 1 July 2021.

The [RU+2] version keeps the same projects but moves their airtime by two hours. In the TV guide, that shift is visible in news editions, debates, documentaries, cultural cycles and evening discussions that fall closer to the daily rhythm of eastern regions.
