About ТВЦ (TVC)

TVC [RU+2] is a time-zone version of the federal channel TVC, with the schedule shifted two hours from Moscow time. It follows the same broadcast day for eastern Russian regions, where news, city-focused programmes, films and evening projects appear closer to local time.

TVC programming includes current-affairs programmes, entertainment projects, city shows, feature films, documentary cycles and themed editions. The channel traces its history back to 9 June 1997. TVC is owned by the Government of Moscow, and Yulia Bystritskaya is the general director.

In the [RU+2] version, the same programmes move two hours forward. In the TV guide, this is especially clear in evening city projects, films, premiere screenings, documentary cycles and repeats that fall closer to the local schedule in eastern regions.
