NTV [RU+4] is a time-zone version of the federal channel NTV, with the schedule shifted four hours from Moscow time. It follows the same broadcast day for eastern Russian regions, where news, series and evening programmes appear closer to local time.
NTV programming includes news, current-affairs programmes, feature and documentary films, series, entertainment projects and sports broadcasts. NTV began broadcasting on 10 October 1993. In 2009 it joined Russia's first digital television multiplex, and in April 2013 it switched to 16:9 widescreen broadcasting. Alexei Zemsky is the general director, and the owner is Gazprom-Media.
The [RU+4] version moves the same editions four hours forward. The TV guide shows that shift in news, series, evening programmes, films, sports broadcasts and repeats.
