About ТВЦ (TVC)

TVC [RU+4] is a time-zone version of the Russian federal channel TVC, with the schedule shifted four hours from Moscow time. It follows the same broadcast day for eastern Russian regions, where current-affairs programmes, city projects and evening films appear closer to local time.

TVC programming includes current-affairs programmes, city-focused shows, entertainment projects, feature films and thematic cycles. Regular projects include "Delovaya Moskva" (Business Moscow), "Litsom k gorodu" (Face to the City) and "Magiya mody" (Magic of Fashion). The base channel was launched on 9 June 1997, is owned by the Government of Moscow through the Department of City Property and is part of Russia's first digital terrestrial multiplex. Yulia Bystritskaya is the general director, and the slogan "At the Centre of Life" reflects the channel's urban and public-affairs focus.

The [RU+4] version moves the same editions four hours forward. The TV guide shows that shift in city programmes, current-affairs editions, evening films, repeats and thematic cycles.
