REN TV [RU+4] is a time-zone version of the Russian federal channel REN TV, with the schedule shifted four hours from Moscow time. It follows the same broadcast day for eastern Russian regions, where news, documentary cycles, series and evening projects appear closer to local time.
REN TV programming includes news and current-affairs programmes, documentary projects, series, films and entertainment formats. The slogan "Watch What Is Really Interesting" reflects the channel's focus on visible and widely discussed topics. The channel's history goes back to the 1990s: the REN-TV brand started on 1 January 1997, and the current REN TV spelling became fixed after later rebranding. Vladimir Tyulin is the general director, Mikhail Frolov is the editor-in-chief, and National Media Group is the main shareholder.
The [RU+4] version moves the same editions four hours forward. The TV guide shows that shift in news, documentary cycles, series, evening projects, repeats and film screenings.
